How far are you from Panama City Beach!

Where exactly is Panama City Beach and how long do you have to drive to get here? Well, the good news is Panama City Beach and Panama City are located on the central part of the Northern part of Florida called the Panhandle. Roughly five (5) hours away from most of the larger cities in the South Eastern part of the United States, Panama City Beach’s derives most of its tourist’s six hour driving radius but thousands of visitors fly in to the numerous airports in the region.

The Winter Season brings many international visitors from Canada, Germany, England, and many others that seek the sun the sand and the surf that Panama City Beach has to offer. The development of a new international airport slated to be built over the next few years will dramatically increase our foreign and what may be considered as non- regional visitors. Stay tuned for updates on the new airport as they become available!

So much to see and do in Panama City Beach, Florida!The surrounding areas of Panama City Beach and Panama City, Florida offer a plethora of great family activities, attractions, and state parks that are sure to keep you and yours occupied during your trip to the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches.  Hiking trails, nature walks, bike paths, and even spelunking – cave exploring - can be found in the lush areas and southern forests of the areas around Panama City Beach.  You can go bird watching in the beautiful cypress trees near 30a, see some alligators in their natural habitat at the numerous state parks, take a refreshing hike on the miles of trails, or even take your fishing pole and see if you can land the big one from any one of a thousand “secret” fishing holes.
